Meet our new puppy, Pixie! She is an American Eskimo. She is very sweet and playful. Abigail and Andrew both have had so much fun running around with her in the back yard! Thank you Lillian (Billy's cousin) for giving her to us, we love you! We got her last Thursday, and she has already been to the vet and she got a good report! I decided a long time ago that my next dog would be crate trained, and she has been doing very well. She sleeps in her crate from 10pm until 7am (which is when I have to get up anyway). She is doing very good at house training, today she only had one accident, and she went out the doggy door by herself several times! Yeah, housebreaking a dog is worse than potty training!

The one area where we have had some trouble is the chewing! My other dog has never chewed anything, so this is a new experience. She has already ruined two pairs of shoes, and damaged two other pairs. Billy has started spanking her with the shoes! That and some chew toys from Wal-Mart have been helping. Hopefully we'll be out of that stage soon...and I did get two new pairs of shoes, so it wasn't that bad after all!

This is a pretty puppy! Don't think I could put up with a dog tearing my shoes up, they cost too much to replace, lol!
