Martha Washington said "I've learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends on our dispositions and not our circumstances." This is so true. Whenever you spill something or make a fool out of yourself, don't you feel better when you laugh about it? The same thing applies for when life is coming at you full force, just think on the good things of life. Make lemonade out of those lemons! I know this is easier said than done, but when we do it, wow is life better. I saw a wood fence today that was black with rotten wood. I guess some of the boards had holes or something, because the owner replaced just a few of the boards with new ones. The fence is mainly black, with a tan board here and there. But if a storm comes, that fence is still gonna fall down. That's why we have to cleanse our entire lives and make them right in God's eyes...it doesn't work if we just clean up one piece, we won't survive the storm. But if we are "brand new" all over, we can withstand the winds of life. Just some rambling, have a good night!
