Today was a busy day. I hosted the neighborhood ladies luncheon at my house for the first time. I spent all day yesterday cleaning and cooking. It's fun to visit, but getting ready for the visit is stressful, I wanted to make a good impression. After that though, Billy and I got a date night! He is working so much mandatory overtime right now, it was nice to spend some time alone together. We went to supper at the Texas Roadhouse and then on a drive with some Starbucks. Thanks Julie K for babysitting, we will return the favor for ya'll whenever you are ready!

Well I must agree with the thought of how stressful it can seem to be when you are having company. My husband always tells me,"I don't know why your going to all this trouble when your gonna have all these people here and it's just gonna get dirty again," and how that can be true like you said we want to make a good impression. I feel like the home can say a whole lot to a person when they first walk in the door.
Billy is the same way! I guess that's why God has us at home and not them!
Yes Imust agree! Its funny how we run around like crazy people when you have company coming. Michelle we enjoyed having the kiddos and will keep them again anytime. We also enjoyed the visiting when you got back to our house. We love ya'll and as we were talking tonight at church lets all get together let us know when billy is able!!!
